The Ukrainian army carried out an air attack on the Russian city of Belgorod. Russia’s Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported on Telegram that a man and a woman died and 3 others were injured. Additionally, 5 people were injured after another drone hit a vehicle in the village of Glotovo, approximately 2 kilometers from the border.
It was announced that the state-owned oil and natural gas company Rosneft targeted the Syzran and Novokubyshev refineries with UAVs in the Samara region of Ukraine in the morning.
