UNICEF warned that his recovery depends on proper nutrition, which is scarce due to aid restrictions. “A long-term ceasefire and unhindered aid access are vital,” the agency stated. Over 2,700 Palestinian children in Gaza are suffering from acute malnutrition, according to the UN.
