The US and UK armies carried out an attack against the Houthis in Yemen for targeting the commercial ships linked to Israel in the Red Sea. A military base in the north of the capital Sanaa, the surroundings of Hudaydah Airport, some points and military units in Saada province and Zamar city were hit overnight.
“I will not hesitate to take further action if necessary to protect our people and the free flow of international trade,” said US President Joe Biden.
The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that there would be a “strong retaliation” against the USA and the UK.
