The Pentagon announced that over 1,000 Houthi targets in Yemen have been struck since airstrikes began on March 15, killing fighters and leaders.
Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell said the strikes aimed to weaken Houthi capabilities. Former President Donald Trump had ordered the operation in response to attacks on Israeli-linked ships, vowing continued force until the Houthis halt their assaults.
