Uzungöl, the renowned tourism center in Trabzon’s Çaykara district, underwent a remarkable transformation after heavy rains struck the region last week. The once-pristine lake turned into a muddy expanse due to the influx of water from the Haldizen Stream and snowmelt from the highlands, resulting in a brownish hue. However, as the skies cleared and the rain ceased at the beginning of this week, Uzungöl reclaimed its stunning turquoise-blue appearance. Visitors were captivated by this change, and the picturesque moments were beautifully captured in photographs.
