Wild animals in Bursa Zoo enjoyed the winter in Turkey

With arrival of the winter season, zoos covered with snow in Turkey. Animals that love the winter season enjoyed the snow at Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Zoo, Located at Turkey’s city of Bursa. Also hot climate animals were got out of their cages in the snow and wander in the areas prepared for them. Despite the cold, snow has pleased the tigers the most. A black swan in the snow covered areas where poultry are sheltered, revealed beautiful images. Also, special food for the bears that didn’t hibernate because they are well fed in winter was prepared and buried under ground. Meanwhile, the bears took out the buried fish and feasted on the snow.

On the other hand, Bursa Zoo had built on an area of 206,000 square meters and built in accordance with world standards. Zoo also is home to 121 species and approximately 1,300 animals. Although the number of visitors in the zoo, which hosts tens of thousands of citizens in the summer months, decreased in the winter months, the beautiful view of the zoo still reveals postcard images.
