Muslims in Brazil’s capital staged a protest against the Israeli bombings in Gaza yesterday. Dozens of demonstrators held banners to show support for Palestinians and lit candles to commemorate the victims of the war.
Since Hamas militants attacked Israel from the Gaza Strip on October 7th, more than 4,000 Palestinians and 1,400 Israelis have died, according to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the Palestinian health authorities.
