Flash floods in northern Black sea region of Turkey ripped up roads

Floods hit northern Kastamonu province for the second time destroying several bridges and ripped up roads leading to road closure among some villages, authorities said. No transportation could be provided in Kastamonu’s Çatalzeytin district due to the damage of some 3 temporary culverts, bridges and landslides caused by the heavy rain continued throughout the day, officials added.

The first disastrous floods hit the same regional province causing human losses and damages, destruction to business facilities, households and buildings in August 11.
