An anonymous donor in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, have donated their organs before passing away at the age of 31. The donation will benefit 80 patients. The donor’s family requested every organ to be donated.
After the cerebral death, the organs were taken out in a hospital to be transferred to the waiting patients. Hospital authorities stated that pancreas, heart, liver, cornea, skin, kidney and muscle tissues were saved and ready for transplanting. Health professionals applauded the donor in the hospital corridor as the donor’s body were being taken out.
