Fifty-seven of 90 trucks carrying shelter materials, prepared to meet the urgent shelter needs of Gazans, crossed the Rafah Border Gate this morning and entered Gaza after being brought to the Palestinian coasts by Türkiye’s 14th aid ship.
The Turkish Red Crescent, which has been operating soup kitchens that distribute hot meals to 10,000 people in the north and 15,000 people in the south of Gaza during the period when the border gates are closed, plans to increase this capacity even more with the new aid that will come.
