Korean protesters gathered for a rally against Japan’s disposal of radioactive water outside the presidential office in Seoul, South Korea. They demand that Japan withdraw its plan to discharge the radioactive wastewater from the Fukushima nuclear power plant, damaged in an earthquake in 2011, into the Pacific Ocean.
