Russia tested the intercontinental ballistic missile of its mobile land-based missile system at the Kapustin Yar Test Range yesterday. The launch was recorded by many locals living nearby.
“Today, the Strategic Missile Forces combat unit successfully launched an intercontinental ballistic missile of the mobile land-based missile system from the 4th State Central Interservice Missile Test Range Kapustin Yar in the Astrakhan Region,” the Russian defense ministry said.
