Russia to provide affordable grain to demanding countries, PM Mishustin said

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin attended the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Prime Ministers’ Meeting. Regarding the grain agreement Russia suspended, Mihail Mishustin said, “Within the framework of the agreements signed in Istanbul, we will continue the dialogue with the United Nations and Turkey on current issues. Regardless of the grain agreement, taking into account this year’s harvest, Russia will provide up to 500,000 tons of free grain to the poorest countries and to all interested countries. We are ready to supply grain at affordable prices,” he said.

He stated that they will continue the dialogue with Turkey and the United Nations.
