Thousands of locals and tourists visit Turkey’s north east city of Kars, which is home to the ancient city of Ani. The Karadağ summit in the region is a spot people prefer to enjoy sunset and the astonishing view of Ani, ‘the city of 40 gates’ as well as historical Kars Castle, Lake Çıldır and Baltic architectural structures, which are on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
