During a nature trip in Indonesia’s Java province, a tree fell on a family swimming in Sedudo Waterfall as a result of a landslide. The tragic accident resulted in the death of 49-year-old Agus Setiawan and the injuries of four additional family members, according to the officials. While the waterfall where the accident took place was closed to visitors, an investigation into the accident has been initiated.
