The U.S. military has conducted another lethal strike against a suspected drug-smuggling vessel in the Eastern Pacific Ocean, killing two alleged narco-terrorists. The attack was carried out by Joint Task Force Southern Spear under the direction of U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) leader Gen. Francis L. Donovan. Intelligence confirmed the targeted boat was transporting narcotics along a well-known maritime smuggling route. This action follows a similar strike the previous day that killed one suspect and prompted a U.S. Coast Guard search for two survivors. Officials confirmed that no American personnel were injured during either operation.
